Your Teams
The system can manage small to very large teams very easily, however for managers to be able to distill data to relevant and actionable improvements in the business, there’s some guidance below.
Overview
To maintain user anonymity, we don’t recommend sensitive surveys for teams below 20 people. If anonymity isn’t a key requirement of the question being asked, then you can use it to text as few as two people.
- For large teams, there’s some considerations over who gets the survey:
- From anonymous responses on this survey, will you gain actionable insights you can use to improve the company and employee experience?
How many managers and team leads are covered within the team you’re sending to? Will you be able to correctly locate areas of focus from the responses?
The system has been tested in teams of all sizes, ranging from very small to holding group scenarios with multiple organisations, each with multiple departments. In each scenario, one survey was found to be the best way to manage feedback and context in the comments was rich enough to focus on areas to improve.
