Signing in to Signals
Signing in to Signals is fast, secure, and password-free. We use temporary, one-time passwords sent to your email for every sign-in—no need to remember a password, and no risk of using a weak or reused one. It’s a simple, secure way to protect your identity while keeping access to your organisation seamless.

Overview
You can sign in to Signals using your email address and a one-time temporary password.
Instead of using a traditional, permanent password, Signals takes a different route to keep things more secure and streamlined. Every time you sign in, you’ll receive a temporary password—valid for a short window—delivered straight to your inbox. This means:
- You don’t need to remember or manage a static password
- Your account is protected from weak or reused passwords
- Each sign-in is tightly linked to your verified email identity
We believe this method reduces the risk of unauthorized access and keeps things simple, especially in a workplace setting where access and anonymity both matter.
Signing in with your email
- Head to dashboard.runsignals.com
- Enter your email address and click Continue
- Check your inbox for an email from us—inside, you’ll find a temporary password (valid for one hour)
- Paste the password into the sign-in form, or just click the Sign In button in the email
- You’ll be taken straight into your Signals dashboard
Once you're in, you’ll stay signed in unless you choose to log out or clear your browser data.

For admins: Looking for SSO?
We currently use temporary passwords as the default sign-in method to keep Signals lightweight, secure, and easy to access. If your organization is interested in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) or needs enterprise-level authentication options, get in touch with our team—we’d love to chat.
