Billing basics
Our billing model is simple and flexible, charging a flat rate each month or year, depending on your subscription choice. This straightforward approach ensures predictable costs, regardless of the number of members in your organisation. Additionally, you can customize your subscription by adding optional add-ons at an extra cost, allowing you to expand the offering to better suit your needs. With this model, you gain full flexibility to scale your features without worrying about per-member charges.

You’re a small company that surveys employees each week using email. The free option is ideal for your needs, providing all the tools you require to stay connected with your team without additional costs.
As your company grows, you decide to expand your capabilities. You need more administrators to manage surveys or want to unlock advanced data insights using our AI tools. Simply upgrade your subscription and add the AI 'add-on' to access these enhanced features and take your surveys to the next level.
Monthy Billing
For the monthly paid 'Pro' plan, your account is billed at a flat rate each month, regardless of the number of members in your organisation. If you decide to add optional add-ons, these will also be charged as part of your monthly billing cycle. Changes to your subscription, such as adding or removing features or add-ons, will take effect immediately, with any adjustments reflected in your next billing period.
Yearly Billing
For the yearly plan, your account is billed upfront for the entire subscription year at a flat rate, based on the plan and any optional add-ons selected at the time of purchase.
If you decide to enhance your plan during the year by adding optional add-ons, a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the subscription year will be applied. If you remove an add-on, a pro-rated credit will be issued to your account. These credits can be used toward future charges but are not eligible for refunds.
Change or Cancel a subscription
Workspace administrators can manage or cancel a subscription by navigating to Settings > Billing
. Any changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of your current billing period. For monthly plans, this means changes will apply at the end of the billing month, and for yearly plans, changes will take effect at the end of the billing year.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations made mid-subscription. If you're unsure about committing to a full year, we recommend starting with a monthly plan. You can switch to a yearly plan at any time to take advantage of discounted rates once you're ready for a longer-term commitment.
